  ONE PASS

MAC COMBI 1800 machine consists of a set of computer-controlled tools working either independently or in combination. These tools, which permit the manufacture of a wide range of different types of corrugated board box in a single pass, are as follows :

• Longitudinal creasing system
• 800 x 1800 mm die cutting press
• Combined transversal slotting and creasing system
• Guillotine section for transversal cuts
• Longitudinal die cutting system

AUTOMATIC FEEDER
A rising feeder table ensures automatic feeding of the board. The combined automatic feeder and delivery system requires only one machine operator.

COMPUTER AND PROGRAMS
A SIEMENS PC monitors all the devices. It’s equipped with the INFOMAC software which manages the production orders

These production orders can be generated by our
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM software which is able to process
all the operations from the quotation to production orders in less than one minute..
